Where do you deliver?
The City Delivery serves the entire Bay Area including Oakland, Berkeley, Richmond, Emeryville, Alameda, San Leandro, Hayward, Fremont, San Francisco, Daly City, South San Francisco, San Mateo, and surrounding areas. Not sure if we deliver to you? Text us at (720) 515-3397 and we’ll let you know.
What are your delivery hours?
We deliver 7 days a week, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 8:00 PM.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is $50. Free delivery on all orders over $100.
How do I pay?
We accept cryptocurrency payments via our secure GreenPayments checkout — including USDC, Bitcoin, and other major cryptocurrencies. You can pay by scanning a QR code, connecting a crypto wallet, or using a credit/debit card through our payment partner. All transactions are secure and private.
Do I need a medical card?
No medical card is required. You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Our driver will verify your ID at delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries arrive within 45–90 minutes of placing your order. During peak hours (evenings and weekends) it may take up to 2 hours. You’ll receive a text confirmation when your order is on the way.
How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and checkout securely online. You can also text us at (720) 515-3397 to place an order directly.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a text message with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If there’s any issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours at (720) 515-3397 or jpfromphilly@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.
